Delivery times
Orders are processed after payment and shipped by the vendor's U.S. fulfillment operation. Expect several business days for delivery within the contiguous U.S.; some states take longer. A tracking email follows when the parcel ships. The return policy mentions an optional "Priority + Insured Shipping" upgrade that may be offered during checkout.
When it arrives
Bring the parcel inside promptly in hot weather. Check that the pack size matches your order and that each safety seal is intact. Store bottles cool, dry and away from light.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact the vendor at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. Keep all packaging until resolved.
Outside the U.S.
The prices and shipping on this site are for U.S. addresses. The checkout shows whether other countries are accepted and at what cost. Customs fees and slower returns can make the refund harder to use.

Orders finish on the maker's BuyGoods checkout. Log a week of fasting readings before the first dropper, and if nothing shifts, email the vendor before day 60: opened and empty bottles both qualify for the refund.
