How this FAQ is organized

Thirty-eight questions in nine groups, each answered in the first sentence and then explained. Answers are checked against the Payarmin label, the maker's checkout and policy pages, and the sources at the bottom of the page. If your question is not here, write to [email protected]; for anything about an order, contact the vendor at [email protected].

A word on medical questions: we can explain what the label contains and what research says about its ingredients, but we cannot tell you whether Payarmin is right for your body or your medicines. That conversation belongs with your clinician or pharmacist, and it is a short one if you bring the bottle.

Before you contact the vendor about an order, have three things ready: the BuyGoods order number from your receipt email, the email address you used at checkout, and the date you ordered. Refund requests should carry "Refund Request" in the subject line. Questions about the website itself, or corrections to anything on this page, come to us instead; we cannot see or change orders.

The basics

What is Payarmin?

A liquid dietary supplement in a 30 mL dropper bottle, sold as "Payarmin Advanced Support" for healthy blood sugar, insulin response and steady energy. Each 1 mL lists chromium 0.7 mcg and a 200 mg blend of 22 botanicals, amino acids and other compounds.

Who makes Payarmin?

The label names Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida, as distributor. The checkout signs as "Payarmin Research", payments go through BuyGoods, and the terms on the checkout's policy pages name GEX Corporation LLP as the site operator. The actual manufacturing facility is not named.

Is this the official Payarmin website?

This site is an independent order and reference desk, not the maker. Our order buttons send you to the maker's own BuyGoods checkout, the same place the official sales page uses, and we earn a commission.

Is Payarmin a drug?

No. It is a dietary supplement. It has not been evaluated by the FDA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Ingredients and dose

What is in Payarmin?

Chromium 0.7 mcg (as picolinate) and a 200 mg proprietary blend: maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, coleus forskohlii, capsicum, grapefruit, Panax ginseng aerial extract, raspberry ketones, eight amino acids and monoammonium glycyrrhizinate.

How much of each ingredient is in Payarmin?

Only chromium has a stated amount. The 22 blend entries share 200 mg in descending order by weight, with no individual figures.

Is the chromium dose in Payarmin effective?

Unlikely to matter. 0.7 mcg is 2% of the Daily Value; studies used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day[3].

Does Payarmin have caffeine?

Yes, from guarana and green tea, in an unstated amount, probably small. Healthy adults are generally advised to stay under about 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources[7].

Taking it

How do I take Payarmin?

Shake well, take 1 or 2 full droppers a day, place in your mouth and swallow. The maker suggests the morning, before a meal.

Can I put Payarmin in water or coffee?

The label says to place it in your mouth. Mixing it into water is unlikely to change anything except taste; avoid hot drinks if you want to keep the extracts as made.

What if I miss a dose?

Take the next one as usual. Do not double up.

How long does one bottle last?

About 30 days at one dropper a day, about 15 days at two.

Blood sugar, diabetes and GLP-1

Can Payarmin replace metformin, insulin or other diabetes medicines?

No. Never stop or reduce prescribed medicine because of a supplement. Discuss any supplement with the clinician who manages your diabetes.

Is Payarmin a natural GLP-1 or Ozempic alternative?

No. GLP-1 drugs are engineered to act strongly for days[4]. Nothing in Payarmin works that way; even glutamine, which nudged GLP-1 in one study, was used at 15 grams[5].

What blood sugar numbers should I watch?

Fasting under 100 mg/dL is normal, 100 to 125 is prediabetes, 126 or more on repeat tests is diabetes; A1C 5.7 to 6.4% is prediabetes[1]. Under 70 mg/dL is low[2].

Will Payarmin lower my A1C?

There is no evidence that it will. A1C reflects roughly three months of glucose, so any change would take that long to show, and the doses here are small.

Safety

Is Payarmin safe?

For most healthy adults the doses are low. Caution applies with diabetes medicines, blood thinners, antidepressants, high blood pressure, liver disease, pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 18.

Can I take Payarmin with warfarin?

Ask your prescriber. Ginseng lowered warfarin's effect in a controlled trial[8], and grapefruit compounds can alter how some drugs are cleared[10].

Can Payarmin raise blood pressure?

Possibly slightly, from caffeine, and in theory from the licorice compound, which raises pressure when taken regularly in larger amounts[9]. The amount here is likely very small.

Is Payarmin safe around pets?

Keep it away from dogs. The base contains xylitol, which can be life-threatening to dogs.

Buying, shipping and refunds

Where can I buy Payarmin?

Through the maker's BuyGoods checkout, which our order buttons reach. We have not found authorized listings on Amazon, Walmart or in pharmacies.

How much does Payarmin cost?

$79 a bottle for two (+$9.99 shipping), $69 for three or $49 for six, with free U.S. shipping on three and six.

How long does shipping take?

Typically several business days within the U.S. after the order is processed; a tracking email follows.

How do I get a refund?

Email [email protected] within 60 days of ordering with "Refund Request" in the subject, then post all bottles with the packing slip to 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773. Return postage is yours.

Is there a subscription?

No. Each order is a one-time charge.

Can I order Payarmin from outside the U.S.?

The pricing and free shipping described here apply to U.S. addresses. The checkout shows whether your country is accepted and what delivery costs before you pay. International orders may face customs fees and longer returns, which make the 60-day refund harder to use.

Legitimacy and regulation

Is Payarmin FDA approved?

No supplement is FDA approved. The label says it is made in an FDA-registered facility, which is a listing, not an approval. Makers are responsible for safety and truthful claims[6].

Is Payarmin a scam?

It is a real product with real terms. Its marketing overstates what the doses can do, so buy it, if at all, as a modest routine with a refund option.

Has Payarmin been clinically tested?

No published clinical trial of the finished product exists. Studies cited by the maker are on individual ingredients, usually at much larger doses.

The sales page vs. the label

Why does the sales page list six ingredients when the bottle has 23?

The page features the six names with the strongest marketing appeal (chromium, gymnema, African mango, green tea, maca and Panax ginseng) with photographs and descriptions. The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle lists chromium plus 22 blend entries. Nothing is concealed, but the label is the complete and binding list, so read that first.

Does gymnema in Payarmin regenerate pancreatic cells?

There is no evidence that it does in people at this dose. The idea comes from animal and laboratory studies of gymnema extracts. Human trials looked at glucose and A1C, used around 400 mg a day, and did not show the pancreas regenerating.

Is the ginseng in Payarmin a root?

No. The label says Panax Ginseng Aerial Extract, which means leaves and stems. The sales page calls it an ancient root. Most of the glucose research on Panax ginseng used the root, at one to three grams a day.

Is Payarmin taken sublingually?

The label says to place the liquid in your mouth and swallow. One of the bonus guides mentions sublingual timing, but there is no evidence that holding these particular extracts under the tongue changes how much is absorbed.

Does Payarmin contain the ideal dosage of each ingredient?

The sales page says so, but the label shows chromium at 2% of the Daily Value and 22 entries sharing 200 mg. Compared with the doses used in research, most ingredients are well below the studied range.

Results

How long until Payarmin works?

No one can promise a timeline. Give it 30 to 60 days with a fasting log and decide before the 60-day refund deadline.

What results can I realistically expect?

Perhaps fewer sweet cravings and a mild caffeine lift. Glucose changes, if any, are likely small next to diet and activity, which cut diabetes risk by more than half in the Diabetes Prevention Program[11].

What if it does not work for me?

Use the refund: email before day 60 and return all bottles. Then talk to your clinician about evidence-based options.

Should I keep taking Payarmin if my numbers improve?

Show the log to your clinician first. Improvements usually come with other changes such as diet, walking or weight loss, and those are the habits most worth keeping. If you continue the drops, keep measuring, so you would notice if readings drift or go too low.

Ready for a fair 60-day Payarmin routine?

Orders finish on the maker's BuyGoods checkout. Log a week of fasting readings before the first dropper, and if nothing shifts, email the vendor before day 60: opened and empty bottles both qualify for the refund.
