3 bottles$69$207Free$207.00$5376 e-guides
6 bottles$49$294Free$294.00$1,0746 e-guides

The "list" totals ($358, $537 and $1,074) are the crossed-out figures the maker prints, which work out to $179 a bottle. We have never seen Payarmin sold at that price, so treat the "You save $780" banner as a reference price, not a real discount from a price anyone pays. The actual choice is between $79, $69 and $49 a bottle.

There is no single-bottle option on the order page. The smallest purchase is two bottles for $167.99 delivered.

Cost per day: one dropper vs. two

The order page calls each bottle a 30-day supply, so its math assumes one dropper a day. The label permits two. Here is what that does to the daily cost, shipping included:

PackYou payLasts at 1 dropperPer dayLasts at 2 droppersPer day
2 bottles$167.9960 days$2.8030 days$5.60
3 bottles$207.0090 days$2.3045 days$4.60
6 bottles$294.00180 days$1.6390 days$3.27

Per 1 mL serving the cost is the same as per day at one dropper: $1.63 in the six-pack, $2.30 in the three-pack and $2.80 in the two-pack. Per milligram of blend, the six-pack works out to about 0.8 cents per milligram.

What you get for the money

It helps to compare like with like. For the price of a six-pack serving ($1.63), a person could buy a month of a single-ingredient chromium picolinate supplement at 200 mcg, the low end of the research range[1][2], for well under a dollar a day; a gymnema extract at 400 mg, the dose in the early trials[3], costs a similar amount; Panax ginseng root at 1 to 3 grams[4] costs a little more. Any one of those delivers more of a studied ingredient than Payarmin does.

What Payarmin offers instead is format and convenience: one liquid, many ingredients, a pleasant enough taste, a refund window. Whether that is worth $49 to $79 a bottle is a personal call. We think it is fair to say you are paying for the routine and the guarantee, not for the milligrams.

Which pack should you choose?

  • Two bottles ($167.99 delivered): the lowest outlay and the lowest risk if you dislike the taste or a clinician advises against it. Two months at one dropper is enough to judge with a fasting log. Highest price per day.
  • Three bottles ($207, free shipping): a middle path. Only $39 more than the two-pack delivered, includes the bonus guides, and covers a full 90-day routine at one dropper.
  • Six bottles ($294, free shipping): the lowest price per bottle. Sensible only if you have already used Payarmin, tolerate it and like it, because the refund window is 60 days from ordering regardless of pack size.

Our default suggestion for first-time buyers is the three-pack: you get free shipping and enough to test properly, and you avoid paying for four months of product you may decide you do not want. Our commission rate does not change with the pack you choose.

The six digital bonuses

Three- and six-bottle orders include six downloadable guides, which the sales page values at $320 in total: "Diabetes Freedom" ($67), "Fortifying Vitamins" ($49), "Accelerated Metabolism" ($59), "Nerve Renew Guide" ($67), "Glycemic Rebalance Challenge" ($39) and a "Personalized Usage Guide" ($39).

These are marketing extras, not medical resources, and we have not reviewed their full contents. One point deserves caution: the first guide is described as revealing "12 common medications that can worsen insulin resistance". Do not stop or change any prescribed medicine because of an e-book. If you have concerns about a drug, take them to the prescriber.

Hidden costs, upsells and subscriptions

Subscription: none. The maker's FAQ states it is a one-time payment with no auto-ship or recurring charges, and the BuyGoods checkout lists each pack as a single product. Check your card statement after ordering anyway.

Upsells: funnels like this often show a follow-up offer after payment, sometimes for more bottles or for "priority + insured shipping", which the return policy mentions. Accept only what you meant to buy; declining does not affect your order.

Return postage: if you use the refund, the return shipping is yours, and all bottles must go back. Budget a few dollars to perhaps $10 for a tracked parcel.

Sales tax: may apply depending on your state; the checkout shows it before payment.

Coupon codes and discount claims

We have not found any working coupon code for Payarmin, and the checkout has no coupon field. Sites advertising "extra 50% off" codes are usually using the word to attract clicks. The lowest real price is the six-pack at $49 a bottle.

Countdown timers, "while supplies last" banners and "96% of customers order 6 bottles" are sales devices. Advertising claims and endorsements are expected to reflect real experience under FTC guides[5], but you cannot verify these statements, and you do not need to act on them. Prices have been stable across our checks.

The refund, in money terms

The 60-day guarantee refunds the product price. Assuming the policy is honored as written:

PackYou paidRefund (product)Not refundedLikely net cost of trying
2 bottles$167.99$158.00$9.99 shipping + return postageabout $15-20
3 bottles$207.00$207.00Return postageabout $5-10
6 bottles$294.00$294.00Return postage (heavier parcel)about $8-15

The costs in the last column are our estimates of postage, not vendor figures. Whether the original outbound shipping on the two-pack is refunded is not stated, so we assume it is not. Read the full steps on the guarantee page.

Paying: cards, receipts and what shows on your statement

Payment is taken by BuyGoods, a U.S. checkout platform used by many supplement brands. It accepts the major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and processes the charge in U.S. dollars. This desk never sees your card details or address; we only learn that an order was placed through our link.

Right after paying you should receive a receipt email from BuyGoods with the order number. Save it, along with a screenshot of the final checkout total. The charge on your statement may carry the BuyGoods name or a product descriptor rather than the word "Payarmin", which is a common reason people think they have been charged by an unknown company. If you see a charge you do not recognize, compare it with the receipt before disputing it.

If a payment fails, the most frequent causes are a billing address that does not match the card or a bank blocking an online health purchase. Calling the bank usually resolves it within minutes.

How we track the price

We record the three pack prices, the shipping charge and the bonus offer each time we review this page, using the live checkout rather than adverts. On every check through October 16, 2026 the figures have been the same: $79, $69 and $49 a bottle, $9.99 shipping on the two-pack only, and six e-guides on three and six. Supplement funnels sometimes test different prices for different visitors, so if the checkout shows you something else, the checkout is right and this page is out of date. Tell us at [email protected] and we will re-check and date the correction.

We also note that the "60 Day Supply" printed on the two-bottle card means two months at one dropper a day. At the label maximum, the same pack covers one month.

If price is your main concern

If $167 to $294 is a stretch, the most effective steps for blood sugar cost little or nothing: a short walk after the biggest meal, swapping refined carbohydrates for whole grains and legumes, consistent sleep, and an honest conversation with a clinician about your numbers. Supplements are optional extras; federal guidance on using them wisely is worth a read before you spend[6].

Questions on this topic

How much is Payarmin?

$79 a bottle for 2 bottles ($158 plus $9.99 shipping), $69 a bottle for 3 ($207, free shipping) or $49 a bottle for 6 ($294, free shipping), on the maker's BuyGoods checkout.

Can I buy just one bottle of Payarmin?

Not on the maker's order page as of October 2026. The smallest option is two bottles.

Is Payarmin cheaper on Amazon?

We have not found an authorized Amazon listing. Third-party listings cannot be verified and are not covered by the maker's 60-day refund.

Is there a Payarmin coupon code?

No working code is known and the checkout has no coupon field. The six-pack at $49 a bottle is the lowest genuine price.

Does Payarmin auto-ship?

No. The maker states every order is a one-time charge. Decline any post-purchase upsells you did not intend to buy.

What does Payarmin cost per day?

From $1.63 a day (six-pack, one dropper) to $2.80 (two-pack with shipping, one dropper). Double those figures at two droppers a day.

Ready for a fair 60-day Payarmin routine?

Orders finish on the maker's BuyGoods checkout. Log a week of fasting readings before the first dropper, and if nothing shifts, email the vendor before day 60: opened and empty bottles both qualify for the refund.
